FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Association of Military Spouse Entrepreneurs launches Community Chapters on military installations.

AMSE Community Chapters will take their virtual program and online connections, to in person networking groups for military spouse entrepreneurs.

Chesterfield, NJ (August 1, 2020) Association of Military Spouse Entrepreneurs(AMSE) continues its mission to help military spouse entrepreneurs build their business and network with the tools, resources, and community they need by launching several AMSE Community Chapters. Community Chapter locations will initially begin in August 2020 at Ft. Hood, JBMDL, Kirtland AFB, NB Kitsap, Luke AFB, Travis AFB, and NB Ventura with future expansion at other installations in 2021.

AMSE Community chapters will meet quarterly for workshops, expert presentations, and in-person networking. Due to the current pandemic, community chapters will begin by meeting virtually. Each chapter will host a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to speak on a topic that applies to building a business. Events will also include networking time and the opportunity to invite others from the local community to come together. Community Chapters are all about connecting military spouses with the local resources they need to create a successful business.

AMSE is a virtual membership platform for military spouses to develop, build, and scale their businesses. AMSE members connect on Slack with over 1000+ members and during our 20+ monthly digital and live events to meet other military spouse entrepreneurs. AMSE members regularly join forces to build ideas, brand collaborations, and businesses together.

"Building a business virtually can be lonely and stressful. Launching community chapters that meet quarterly allows the milspouse entrepreneurs in different business stages to connect in person for further support and guidance," said AMSE Founder, Moni Jefferson.

"I have wanted to do this for years. It is fascinating to see this idea brought to life and on installations all over the country. It's just another high-touch layer we are adding for our members. I am proud!" said Moni Jefferson, AMSE CoFounder.

Community Chapter leaders are trained and led by individual military spouses who are seasoned entrepreneurs and who understand life as a military spouse, what it takes to build a sustainable business and the importance of building community.
